Consultative and diagnostic care

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of costs of consultative and diagnostic care and services, laboratory, instrumental, functional, X-ray, endoscopic, ultrasound, ultrasonic and complex prophylactic medical examinations.

Outpatient care

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of medical service cost, provided to the Policy Holder during outpatient treatment as well as a day patient department mode.

Inpatient care

The Insurer undertakes to make an insurance payment in the amount of the cost of medical care and medical services provided to the Insured Person during inpatient treatment in general and specialized departments.

Ambulance

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of medical service cost, provided to the Policy Holder by the ambulance teams.

Dental care

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of cost of general, surgical and orthpedical medical care provided to the Policy Holder.

Child’s insurance

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of medical service cost, provided to the children from 7 days old to 16 years old (except as provided by Insurance agreement), under the terms and conditions of selected insurance program.

Medical transportation

• Medical transportation of the Policy Holder by the ambulance car to the nearest doctor or medical facility.
• Medical transportation to the hospital, nearest to the international airport, or to the nearest border crossing point of the country of permanent residence.
• Compensation for accompanying person expenses in the presence of medical certificate for necessity of escort to the place of permanent residence.

Repatriation

If accident or sudden illness of the Policy Holder resulted in death, repatriation expenses are compensated in the amount of insurance coverage specified by the Insurance Agreement.

Loss of luggage / documentation

Insurer is obliged to make an insurance payout in an amount of lost luggage cost or cost of re-issue of lost documents under the terms and conditions of selected insurance program.
