Payment via Assistance Company
Payment for services of medical centers who treated the insured under the insurance contract, based on documents confirming the fact of the insurance case and determine the cost of actually provided (required) health care or assistance related to it. The form of the documents and terms of payment agree with insurer, assisting company and medical center that have provided services to the Insured.
Compensation to the Insured
Compensation is carried out in case the insured person self-organized and / or pay for the services under the insurance contract, and it was agreed with the assistance company / Insurer or provided by the insurance contract, with condition to provide all the necessary documents.
Compensation to the underage Insured
If the insured person is underage, his legal representatives get the insurance benefits (if it was insurance case). If there are several beneficiaries in the insurance contract insurance payment is shared between them in equal parts.
Documents for the insurance benefit
For insurance payment in case of health services were provided to insured person, the insured must provide to the Insurer documents specified in the insurance rules.
